TOKYO AMERICAN CLUB

As an integral part of Tokyo’s international community since 1928, Tokyo American Club offers its 4,000+ members a luxurious range of world-class dining, recreation and spa facilities, guest rooms and other family- and business-focused amenities.

During my time as Senior Designer, I played an integral role in the promotion of the club’s move to its current home in central Tokyo (see here), the creation of multiple dining outlets’ identity and collateral, photo and video shoots as well as in-club event promotion. Providing an atmosphere where members may relax, bond and excel was central to all communication content and marketing material. 

Additional roles included the creation of the club’s monthly magazine iNTOUCH, website management, working closely with member groups and guest relations.

NEW MEMBER WELCOME PACK

This marketing packet was created to offer the new and/or prospective members a preview of what awaits them with club life through vivid images and storytelling.

Designed to give the viewer a sense of opening a present, this custom folder holds ten 18x18cm cards describing club amenities. From an early morning swim to a business lunch, to family and kids activities, each of the cards describes the array of benefits that comes with membership. Other items included floor plans, coupons and application form.
